We publish orders for enrolment on August 29.

Most of training programmes for foreigners are offered in Russian. Proper knowledge of the Russian language is one of the requirements for the enrollment. Many Russian Universities offer pre-university training program “Russian as a Foreign Language”.
Legalization and Nostrification (acceptance of foreign university degrees as equal with native)
All the documents of education and/or qualification, issued in foreign countries, must undergo the procedure of academic recognition. You can get the detailed information about this procedure at the Russian Embassy.
A notary in Russia, or the Russian Embassy must certify the translation of documents.
If a foreign student represents a country that does not have an International Agreement on Education with the Russian Government, the University of Management «TISBI» accepts documents only after Nostrification Procedure. You can find more information about this procedure on the website of the Main State Centre for Education Evaluation «Glavekpertcentr»».
Visa invitation
The University starts the procedure of official invitation processing after the admission procedure is over and you have been enrolled at the university. In order to receive the visa invitation, you must submit the following documents:

Migration registration
Foreign students must register by actual place of stay upon their arrival. Please note, that registration must be renewed every time for each entry to the Russian Federation.
If students stay at TISBI Hostel, the University provides assistance in temporary registration.
Medical insurance
All foreign students are obliged to have a medical insurance policy valid in Russia.
Accommodation and registration
If students stay at TISBI Hostel, the University provides assistance in temporary registration. Monthly payment for accommodation is 7000 RUB.
New procedure for all foreign nationals entering Russia
In accordance with the amendments to the Federal Law “On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation” dd. December 29, 2021, the foreign students who have arrived in Russia for a period exceeding 90 (ninety) days, must undergo medical check-up, fingerprint registration, photography within 90 days of arrival in Russia.

Classes for applicants with disabilities are held at multimedia auditorum in small groups.
The University is accessible for people with visual, hearing, mild musculoskeletal system and somatic diseases. The individual educational approach based on nosology is provided for all people with disabilities. Students with hearing impairment are accompanied by a sign language interpreter.
