The task of our university is to provide high-quality and affordable education to all comers and to encourage their desire to learn. This is one of the main Sustainable Development Goals declared by UNESCO. Today, the University of Management "TISBI" offers various educational programs available for development using remote technologies, which meets modern trends. To date, the UNESCO International Chair of the TISBI University of Management remains the largest regional center for the development of innovative educational programs and projects aimed at implementation of UNESCO's mission.

After successfully completing all the stages, you will be enrolled at the university by order of the rector. 
We will immediately inform the migration authorities about this, as required by law.

Important!

Legalization of an educational document

In order for your school certificate or college diploma to be valid in Russia, it may need to be legalized (apostille) and recognized. What's it? This is a procedure for verifying the authenticity of your document for it's usage in another country. Who's doing this? The recognition of educational documents in Russia is carried out by «Главэкспертцентр». We recommend that you clarify this issue in our international department in advance!

Citizens of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine can enter without a visa.

You can live in a university dormitory or rent an apartment/room.

Registration at the place of stay

This is a crucial procedure for all international students. If you live in a dormitory, the university will register you on its own. If you rent a house, then your bailor registers it. To make a registration, first of all, you must come to the International Department to request following documents: “Confirmation of Study letter” and “Request for Registration”.

According to the common rule, you must register within 7 days after arrival in the country. For citizens of some countries this period is longer:
Ukraine and Republic of Belarus – 90 days
Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan – 30 days

What international academic mobility programs are available to students?
The university currently offers semester-long exchange programs. We are actively working to develop more of these programs.
Who can participate in exchange programs?
Students with a high academic standing, knowledge of a foreign language, and no outstanding academic debts are eligible to participate.
Is it possible to transfer credit for courses studied at a foreign university?

Yes, upon return, subjects are re-credited, provided that the curriculum is agreed upon in advance.

Do you need health insurance?
Yes, it is mandatory. Insurance requirements vary by country, but generally it should cover medical care, transportation, and accidents.
