Биография
Born in Slonim (Belarus). He graduated from the Belarusian State Technological University with a degree in Machinery and Equipment of the forestry complex with honors (1995), postgraduate studies in economics and national economy management with honors with presentation and defense of his dissertation (1998), Special faculty of the Minsk State Linguistic University (2000).
1998 to 2008, - senior lecturer, Associate Professor at Belarus State University.
2008 to 2009 – Head of the Department of Economics and Management.
2009 to 2017 – Head of the Department of Production Organization and Real Estate Economics.
2018 to 2020, - Dean of the Faculty of Applied Information Theory, Machine Intelligence and Robotics at St. Paul the Apostle University of Information Sciences and Technology in Ohrid (Macedonia). He was also a researcher at the Faculty of Socio-Economic Relations at Trenc Alexander Dubcek University in Slovakia, Vice President for International Development at University in Geneva (Switzerland), and a visiting professor at the West Saxon Graduate School in Zwickau, Germany.
2020 to 2023, - the rector of the Private Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship in Minsk, which changed its name in 2023 to the International Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship.
2023 to present time – Vice-President of the University of Management.
In 2005, the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus awarded him the academic title of associate professor in Economics, in 2017 – the title of professor, and in 2019 - a national diploma of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics (PhD).
His main research interests are concentrated in the field of digital economy, smart sustainable development, management, enterprise economics, real estate economics, valuation and management. He is the author of more than 200 scientific publications, including ten monographs and more than 20 educational and methodical publications.
Siniak participated in presentations at conferences in Russia and world, including in Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, Greece, Finland, Poland, and Lithuania. In 2002, he was awarded at the conference of the European Real Estate Society for the best report on Eastern countries in Alicante (Spain).
Organizer of major conferences in the field of real estate in Belarus with wide international participation.
