Profile: “Project and Innovation Management”
Students come to understand the specifics of project management, taking into account international experience and Russian realities. They master modern management techniques, study real-world cases, and practice to gain managerial experience. The Master's degree in Management 38.04.02 prepares specialists who are able to manage people and business processes, financial flows and innovations in various enterprises.

How are managers trained at TISBI?
The Master's degree combines management theory and practice. Students perform individual and group work, attend trainings where they learn from the experience of practicing specialists, and are interned in top organizations in the region. Special attention is paid to the development of narrow professional skills and necessary character traits. For example, teamwork, resourcefulness, and out-of-the-box thinking.
