The Forum of young volunteers came to an end in "TISBI": projects, eco-planting, SDGs and a step towards international cooperation

The International Forum-Festival of Young Volunteers "Youth changes the World - Volunteerism unites everyone", dedicated to the upcoming International Year of Volunteers for Sustainable Development (2026), proclaimed by the United Nations, has come to an end at the University of Management "TISBI".

On the final day, students from six countries took part in an intense program aimed at developing leadership and social competencies. Within the framework of the forum, thematic workshops and trainings were held on the formation of key skills among young people necessary to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Special attention was paid to international cooperation: during the round table "Exchange of experience of UNESCO Associated Schools and prospects for international cooperation", representatives of the delegations shared successful volunteer practices and discussed ways of further cooperation.

An environmental campaign became a symbolic part of the program - the participants, together with the organizers, planted trees in the "TISBI" University park, making a personal contribution to the greening of the city and the implementation of environmental SDGs.

The forum ended with the closing ceremony, at which the results of the competitive selection of projects were summed up. The best teams were awarded the titles of laureates, winners and Grand Prix winners. All participants received international certificates, and the most significant initiatives will be included in the UNESCO Youth Project Bank for further support and implementation at the international level.

The Forum was an important step in forming a global community of young volunteers who are ready to work together for a sustainable and equitable future.
