On April 14-18, the International Forum "Partnership for Sustainable Development" was held.: Green. Digital. Smart", which brought together more than 2,000 participants from more than 50 countries.

On April 14-18, 2026, the International Forum "Partnership for Sustainable Development" was held in Dushanbe (Tajikistan).: Green. Digital. Smart", which brought together more than 2,000 participants from more than 50 countries - heads of higher and professional educational institutions of foreign countries and Tajikistan, scientists and researchers, experts, representatives of the diplomatic corps, as well as international and regional organizations. The Forum was held on the basis and on the initiative of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan in coordination with the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The delegation of TISBI University of Management was headed by Vice-President Sinyak N. G. and Rector Polyakov D.V., the delegation also included Director of the Institute of Service Sadykova E.R., Dean of the Faculty of Law Alamova S.M., Head of the Department of Economic and Legal Security Rozanova L.N. The delegation of TISBI University was among the representatives of leading universities from the Russian Federation and a number of other countries have arrived to discuss Tajikistan's global initiatives in the field of the "green" economy and digitalization.

The Forum has become a platform for the presentation of scientific and innovative projects, in which TISBI actively shares its experience in digitalization and project implementation within the UNESCO network. TISBI University, being an active participant in the international educational process, uses such forums to strengthen cooperation in the field of science and higher education, as well as to present its educational programs and research projects.

TISBI University of Management participated in all key events of the forum, made presentations at conferences: "The role of information technologies and artificial intelligence in ensuring sustainable development", "Sustainable development of the tourism industry: experience and prospects", "Current trends in legal support of sustainable development, digitalization and artificial intelligence". The delegation of the TISBI University of Management held negotiations and signed four cooperation agreements with universities in Central Asia and other countries, in particular with the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan. Professional contacts have been established with representatives of universities, government agencies and businesses from more than 20 countries, and joint educational and research projects have been initiated.

A total of 20 conferences and workshops were held within the framework of the forum in the following thematic areas: ecology and green diplomacy, universities, digitalization, artificial intelligence, data protection, financial and credit system, legal support for sustainable development, sustainable tourism, digital technologies in language teaching, as well as a forum and summit of rectors discussing the launch of joint educational programs. projects and exchange of best practices. During the opening session, Dilrabo Mansouri, Deputy Prime Minister of Tajikistan, emphasized that digitalization and artificial intelligence are not just trends, but priority areas for the development of the country's public administration and economy, contributing to achieving sustainability.

TISBI University took part in the Summit of Rectors of "green" Universities, which was held on April 15 as part of the forum. This event focused on the environmental sustainability of campuses and the implementation of ESG principles in the educational environment. The special summit was attended by more than 150 university leaders from Tajikistan and foreign countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, etc.), who discussed the role of AI and digitalization in the management of a modern university.

The participation of the TISBI University of Management has become an important contribution to the development of a dialogue between educational institutions and the real sector of the economy, and has also highlighted the role of science and education in shaping an innovative economy.

We express our deep gratitude to the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan and the team of the Research Institute of Sustainable Development and Green Economy for the high level of organization of the forum and the creation of a platform for professional dialogue.

As a result of the forum, specific declarations and strategic roadmaps were worked out for the development of "green" universities, the introduction of digital technologies in education, and the strengthening of international cooperation. One of the main practical outcomes of the Rectors' Summit was the adoption of a declaration aimed at developing international partnership, supporting the global agenda for sustainable development and transforming universities into smart and environmentally friendly centers.

The forum participants noted the high level of organization, the rich program and the atmosphere of trust.

Partnership for Sustainable Development Forum: Green. Digital. Smart" became a significant event for the entire academic community and confirmed the importance of integrating science, education and business to achieve the goals of sustainable development.
