School for Activists by Assembly of Tourist Volunteers

Such events are held annually since 2011.The aims of the project are to train volunteers, motivate them to realize the projects and meet professionals in the area of tourism.

Evgeniya Kaneva, the 3^rd year student of the faculty of humanities, visited Petrovsky village in order to participate in the event.

Organization, interesting interactive tasks, projects and teamwork were so great! I would like to highlight the work of the speakers, who raised pertinent questions regarding motivation, content creation and creativity. The participants visited lectures and workshops of the tourism experts and defended projects of Visit Tatarstan brand.

Among speakers were:

• Gulfiya Mutugullina, a director of an autonomous non-profit organization “I am a creator of kindness”, coordinator of All-Russian activity “Volunteers of culture”, art-cluster resident “Tauris”;
• Dmitriy Leontyev, creative director and camera operator of “Ruleon production” company, made a presentation on Preproduction from A to Z. Content creation;
• Elizaveta Blinova, a head of quality and standardized services department of City Sightseeing Russia, gave a talk on How to develop creative thinking and where the ideas come.

At the end of the section the participants presented their projects to the experts. Evgeniya and her team created the projects which consisted of two parts: modernization of “Hospitable Kazan” and creation and account development of Visit Tatarstan on TIk Tok.
