Within the framework of the international practice-to-science conference, a plenary session and round tables were held, as well as a festival of the best inclusive practices was launched

The organizetares of the conference "The Abilimpics Movement as a system of continuous professional development of people with disabilities" were the University of Management "TISBI" and the Center for the Development of Professional Competencies. The co-organizetares were the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO, the National Coordination Center of the UNESCO Network of Associated Schools in the Russian Federation, the National Center "Abilimpics", Patrice Lumumba's Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, the RMC for Work with Persons with Disabilities, College "TISBI", and the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The University of Management "TISBI" has been working with people with disabilities for 28 years. During this time, the university has graduated more than 1,000 students with disabilities thanks to modern technologies and its own development - an integrated educational process management system in an educational organization.

The "Abilimpix" movement and "TISBI" have a long and lasting relationship. This year we are celebrating the fifth anniversary of our successful cooperation. Abilimpix is an international non-profit movement aimed at providing professional guidance and promoting employment for people with disabilities starting at the age of 14. This movement is often referred to as the "Olympiad of Opportunities," where each participant can demonstrate their skills and find a path to a successful career.Nella PrussPresident of the University of Management "TISBI"

The main purpose of the conference was to share experiences in the field of Russian and foreign professional skills championships, including "Abilimpix", and to combine efforts to provide high-quality career guidance, career training, and employment in the interests of sustainable development.

The University of Management "TISBI" is the only non-governmental university in the country that brings up and educates students with disabilities on a large scale. People with disabilities are an important candidates pool of the Russian Federation. For many years, we have been talking about the professional self-determination and career self-realization of people with disabilities, creating all the necessary conditions for their successful education and further integration into the professional community."Oleg SmolinDeputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation

The university has implemented a comprehensive system of inclusive education, including a specialized material and technical base, adapted educational programs and highly qualified teaching staff. Special attention is paid to an individual approach to each student, which allows them to maximize their potential.

This and more was discussed by the participants of the round table "International cooperation and support of professional skills competitions by organizations including "Abilimpics" and the international organization UNESCO". The discussion continued at a meeting of the Coordinating Council of the Employers' Partners of the "Abilimpics" movement with the participation of experts, the youth community and partner universities.

The festival of the best inclusive practices was also launched as a part of the international science-to-practice conference. The completion of the city competition gathered many examples of work with people with disabilities in educational organizations: mind maps, conversations in comics, a training apartment, animated presentations, “kovrograf” - a playing field made of carpet and visual materials, didactic games, a musical palette and other methodological developments. Work on the site will continue on April 11, and an award ceremony will also take place at 3 p.m.
