Nikolay Sinyak, Vice President of TISBI, took part in the jubilee “TIBO 2024” Forum in Minsk.
“TIBO” Forum is a unique platform for sharing international best practices, creating innovative knowledge and discussing and implementing the latest technological trends of economics, social life and system of government.
The organizer of the event was the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus. Among the participants of the Forum were: the representatives of public administration, international organizations and diplomatic missions, professional and business associations, research and educational institutions, business community from Belarus, Russia, china and other countries.
The opening of the Forum was attended by Roman Golovchenko, Prime Minister of Belarus, Maksim Ryzhenkov, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration. Aleksandr Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, made a welcoming speech.
The following priorities of IT were identified:
Reduce dependence on foreign software, implementation of solutions of domestic developers, use of software from friendly countries are the top priorities. Precision farming system including unmanned technologies for processing fields, digital analysis of agricultural images, products traceability “from field to counter” are among the main priorities in agriculture.
Considerable attention should be paid to the training of IT personnel in close cooperation with stakeholders, developing professional educational standards, enhancing the digital competence of employees and increasing the digital literacy of the population.
