The teaching staff of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law participated in the XXII International Research and Practice Joint Conference.
Within the framework of the roundtable on the axiological potential of national legal and political philosophy, Raviya Stepanenko, PhD, Prof. of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, made a presentation on spiritual and moral values in legal and philosophical attitudes.
There were discussed the issues of axiological foundation of law, legal policy, moral and spiritual values, theoretical heritage of pre-revolutionary and modern legal science.
The discussion that took place after the presentations focused on various hypotheses and ideas significant to the Russian philosophy and theory of law.
