Students learn to apply regulations in different situations and areas. The “Jurisprudence” bachelor degree program has civil law, international law and criminal law profiles.
Civil law and international law profile.
You will study civil and international law; civil procedure law; commercial law; enforcement proceedings, etc. You will get the skills of legal analysis; legal drafting; analysis of court practice; settlement of legal disputes and conflicts; implementation of the substantive and procedural law; taking the necessary measures to protect human and civil rights.
Criminal law profile.
You will study how to work with the documentation of criminal matters, and appraise future regulations. You will be taught to: participate in proceedings; i, investigate and resolve crimes and offenses, carry out investigative measures, participate in criminal investigations, determine the measure of responsibility and punish those responsible, provide qualified legal assistance.
