The University of Management “TISBI” Took Part in the “Unlimited Possibilities” Programme

The participants were young people with and without disabilities at the age of 18-35 who live in the Russian Federation.

Within the “Unlimited possibilities” programme, the participants created their innovative and socially important projects for people with disabilities.

The participants were divided into five working groups, where they developed their projects according to the selected strategy:

• "Eyesight"
• "Hearing"
• "Movement"
• "Cognition"
• "Interaction"

The University of Management “TISBI” was presented by the specialists of the Institute for Inclusive Education.

They presented their “Social advertising “A better future of a disabled person” project. The aim of this project was an interaction between employers and disabled people.

The team made a presentation on the problem of employment of people with disabilities and the possibility of its solution through the candidate’s social advertising.
