Dear Applicants!

Calls for applications for Degree Programmes admission run ONLINE!

In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation No. 547 of April 3, 2020 "The features of admission to higher educational programs – Bachelor’s degree programs, Specialist degree programs, Master's degree programs, postgraduate programs for scientific and pedagogical staff for 2020 / 21 academic year".

Excluding:

  • personal visits to the Admissions Committee of the University;
  • courier delivery of documents;
  • postage.

The deadlines for submitting documents, entrance examinations and admission will be set in accordance with the dates of Unified State Exams in 2020 and the day of the official announcement of the results of the last exam.

The admission applications with the necessary documents attached are accepted starting June 1 in electronic form only through the social and educational network of the University of Management "TISBI" (visit www.tisbi.ru).

University entry procedure:

  1. Register in a Personal Account via official website.
  2. Upon entering your Personal Account, read the text of the Agreement on the use of electronic signature and confirm the acceptance of the terms of the Agreement.
  3. Fill out your admission application.
  4. Attach the scan copy of the following documents:
    • Passport or identity document (ID). Please note that the applicant’s passport should be valid for at least 18 months after the beginning of the planned study period.
    • Passport or ID translation signed and stamped by notary.
    • Certificate of secondary education or other previous secondary and post-secondary studies.
    • Certificate of secondary education or other previous studies translation signed and stamped by notary.
    • Official transcript (if transferring from other university in Russia).
    • A passport-size photo in digital format showing your face clearly.
    • Competitive selections of documents (Portfolio), if any.
  5. If you have documents for receiving benefits, please, attach them:
    • disabled person of the I, II and III groups.
    • disabled since childhood - certificate of disability and IRP (individual rehabilitation program);
    • Orphan status = Certificate (expiration date is 1 year and the death certificate, issued by the registry office or a court decision).

Admission:

  1. We accept applications for education, document packages with their copies at the admissions office during the enrolment period.
  2. We publish ranked lists on July 26.
  3. Special category: deadline for the original documents and applications for enrolment is July 28.
  4. We publish orders for enrolment of special category applicants on July 29.
  5. We accept original document packages, applications for enrolment for state-funded education of general category applicants (I level of enrolment) till August 1.
  6. We publish orders for enrolment of I level on August 3 (80% of enrolment).
  7. We accept original document packages, applications for enrolment at state-funded education of general category applicants (II level of enrolment) till August 6 (20% of enrolment).
  8. We publish orders for enrolment of I level on August 8.
  9. We publish orders for enrolment for fee-paying education from August 30.

Admission of foreign students

Legalization and Nostrification (acceptance of foreign university degrees as equal with native)

All the documents of education and/or qualification, issued in foreign countries, must undergo the procedure of academic recognition. You can get the detailed information about this procedure at the Russian Embassy.
A notary in Russia, or the Russian Embassy must certify the translation of documents.
If a foreign student represents a country that does not have an International Agreement on Education with the Russian Government, the University of Management «TISBI» accepts documents only after Nostrification Procedure. You can find more information about this procedure on the website of the Main State Centre for Education Evaluation «Glavekpertcentr»».

Visa invitation

The University starts the procedure of official invitation processing after the admission procedure is over and you have been accepted to study at the university. In order to receive the invitation, you must submit the following documents:
  • Copy of your passport picture page
  • Notarized translation of passport

Migration registration

Foreign students are obliged to register their stay within seven days from arrival or to get a temporary registration.
The University of Management «TISBI» will provide migration registration assistance to individuals who entered the country on a student visa obtained with an invitation from «TISBI».

Medical insurance

All foreign students are obliged to have a medical insurance policy valid in Russia. You can get a policy at a medical insurance company in Kazan.

Accommodation and registration

Upon arrival in Russia, foreign students must register at the place of residence. Students must renew the registration at every new entry.
If students stay at TISBI Hostel, the University provides assistance in temporary registration.
Information on temporary registration at the place of stay must be submitted to the International Relations Department no later than 7 days from the date of arrival.

Visa Prolongation

Students must contact the International Relations Department to prolong the visa no less than 25 working days prior to the expiry of student visa. Students must submit the learning contract, a 3×4 photo (matte, color, without corner).

List of required documents:

Students must submit the following documents to the Admission Committee:
  1. Application for admission.
  2. Education certificate with application.
  3. 6 photos 3×4 cm.
  4. Valid passport.
Students must submit the following documents to the International Relations Department:
  1. Copies of education certificates:
    • — Bachelor’s degree (BSc / BA): Certificate of Secondary Education
    • — Master’s degree (MSc / MA): Bachelor’s or Specialist’s Diploma
    • — Postgraduate studies: Master’s or Specialist‘s Diploma
  2. Notarized translation of documents of education.
  3. Certificate of equivalence of foreign education.
  4. A copy of all filled pages of the passport with visa.
  5. Notarized translation of passport.
  6. Copy of the migration card.
  7. Copy of arrival notification.

Pre-university training

The duration of the pre-university training program «Russian as a Foreign Language» is 10 months. In order to be enrolled for this program, you must submit the following documents to the International Relations Department by e-mail until July 1 (fall semester) or until November 1 (spring semester):
  1. -Completed application form.
  2. -Scan copy of your passport picture page.
  3. -Notarized translation of passport.
  4. -An official submission signed by the authorized representative of the university’s partner.
  5. -A training project containing a description of the proposed internship and its expected results.

Admission of persons with disabilities

Classes for applicants with disabilities are held at multimedia auditorum in small groups.
The University is accessible for people with visual, hearing, mild musculoskeletal system and somatic diseases. The individual educational approach based on nosology is provided for all people with disabilities. Students with hearing impairment are accompanied by a sign language interpreter.
