Aleksandr Mezyaev, Professor of the University of Management “TISBI” was invited as a speaker at the national TV channel of South Africa.
25 September 2022 Aleksandr Mezyaev, head of the department of international law, appeared on SABC (South African Broadcast Corporation) as the expert.
TV channel of South Africa were interested in the holding of a referendum in Donetsk and Lugansk national republics; international legal regulations of referendums and their legal consequences. Aleksand Mezyaev told about the peculiarities of refendum in Donetsk and Lugansk national republics, the applicable rules of international law and practice of international courts.
