Tatyana Dovgalenko, the Secretary-General of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO, thanks Nella Pruss, the President of the University of Management “TISBI”, National Coordinator of the UNESCO ASPnet in the Russian Federation, member of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO, for contribution to the dev elopement of the UNESCO educational networks in country and establishing effective collaboration with foreign partners.
