Students of the University of Management “TISBI” can apply for scholarship to study in higher education establishment of Vietnam.
The Department of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation informs the stakeholders that, following the Agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education and Training of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam dated June 24, 2005, the Vietnamese side offers a scholarship for Russian students. Students can apply for a scholarship in order to study the Vietnamese language at the Universities of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The International Relations Department of the University of Management “TISBI” will provide the assistance in completing the paperwork necessary to receive a scholarship to study abroad.
