Foreign students, postgraduate students, residents and students of preparatory faculties are allowed to return to Russia for continuing their education.
This is stated in the order of the government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 2021 No.639-p
The citizens of Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Vietnam, Greece, Egypt, India, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, Cuba, the Republic of Maldives, the UAE, Seychelles, Serbia, Singapore, Tanzania, Turkey, Finland, Switzerland, Ethiopia, South Korea, South Ossetia and Japan.
Before coming to Russia, the foreign students should notify of the date of entry the International Relations Department of the University of Management “TISBI” by email. They should send a notification at least 10 days in advance.
The foreign students have to run a PCR test for COVID-19 not earlier than 3 days of the date of entry to the Russian Federation. If the test is negative, the student should get the document in Russian or English in his/her country.
The foreign students should run another PCR test for COVID-19 within 72 hours after entering into the Russian Federation. Whilst waiting for the results of tests for COVID-19 coronavirus infection, the foreign students will be asked to stay at places (dormitory, campus, etc.) and self-isolate. The students will be taught online during self-isolation. The students are not permitted to full-time study without retests.
If a foreign student has any symptoms of Acute Respiratory Syndrome (a high temperature, sore throat, runny nose, cough), he/she will have to notify the International Relations Department of the University and call the doctor.
