Round-table discussion "Juridical Clinics Education in
Russia: experience, innovations and prospects for development"
On April 22, 2010 the Round-table discussion "Juridical
Clinics Education in Russia: experience, innovations and prospects for development"
was held on the basis of Legal Clinic of the Academy of Management "TISBI"
within the framework of the XIth Interuniversity Scientific Conference for students,
post-graduates and young scientists "Society, state, a person: problems
of interaction in the market economy conditions".

"TISBI" Juridical Clinic organized the Round-table discussion and
actual problems of Juridical Clinics Education became the subject for it. Participants
from different high schools exchanged their experience, and as the result the
resolution draft aimed at the development of interaction between juridical clinics
of Tatarstan universities has been accepted.
Juridical clinics are a special program for training the future lawyers, set
on development of professional skills, gaining of experience in practical law
activity. The Head of the Juridical clinic at the Academy of Management "TISBI"
- Adelya D. Pashina, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor - emphasized
the necessity of reforming and advancing of juridical clinic education on a
new level.
Galina A. Ahmina, Vice Rector for academic work at the Academy of Management
"TISBI", Candidate of Philosophy, made a salutatory speech, addressed
to the participants.

Dilyara R. Bilalova, Dean of the Law Faculty at the Academy of Management
"TISBI", Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, noticed that for eight
year of work "TISBI" has gained wide experience in legal consulting
for Kazan citizens and organization of the Round-table discussion called forth
with the aspiration to exchange it with colleagues-teachers, students-trainees
and lawyers-experts.

Valentin B. Pajmuhin, Head of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russia
public organization "Association of Russian Lawyers"; Vladimir
N. Babkin, Director of the Juridical Clinic at the Institute of Economics,
Management and Law (Kazan) and his Deputy Maksim F. Matyunin; Artemiy
B. Aksyenov, Head of the Juridical Clinic at the Kazan Branch of the Russian
Academy of Justice also took part in the discussion and made their talks.

According to the participants and organizers, the work of the Round-table discussion
was rather fruitful. The questions and problems mentioned within the frame of
the meeting will be certainly useful for the further development and improvement
of juridical clinics education at the Academy of Management "TISBI"
and other universities.
