The international forum "Universities in the aspect of social policy concerning invalids: integration through education"

On December 3-4, 2009 the 75-anniversary of the beginning of education for invalids at higher educational institutions of Russia was celebrated in Moscow.

The Academy of Management "TISBI", having the experience of training invalids with various handicaps for more than ten years, took part in the International Forum "Universities in the aspect of social policy concerning invalids: integration through education".

The team of the second year hard of hearing students from the "Taxation" faculty of our Academy Milyausha Tazetdinova, Arthur Nurislamov and Emil Turgunbaev participated in the competition of youth team projects and creative works.

They presented the team social project "Vocational guidance of deaf and hard of hearing schoolchildren", focused on granting an opportunity of receiving a qualitative higher education by hard of hearing people. The project is being developed and realized under the direction of the senior lecturer at the Academy Farida Viljdanova. The project took the third place in the nomination "Social integrative projects ".
