Master classes of the expert from the Canadian Executive Service Organization

On October 12-23, 2009 master classes and seminars on "Using ERP-systems in business" within the international project "Business in education" took place at the Academy of Management "TISBI".

Master classes were held by Oleg Babich - the expert of the Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO).

The target groups of the master classes were executives of companies of all form and financial managers, as well deans of the faculties, heads of the chairs and other subdivisions of the Academy of Management "TISBI", faculty staff and post-graduate students. The main task of the master classes is to coach executives to estimate risks properly and make decisions in short time.

At the seminars there were discussed the problems of a large enterprise and a corporation, business processes and informational systems of an enterprise, interaction of top managers in an enterprise's strategy, ERP-decisions, its adaptation, patching, up-grading and support, some examples of SAP realization, success and risks factors, reasons of a project's failure, differences in using of ERP-systems in the Northern America, problems of information and data-base saving, its safety and etc.

On the final day the participants were awarded the Certificates on professional and vocational training.
