The purpose of the conference is to attract attention of the society, scientific and pedagogical audience, art workers, Russian and foreign specialists and experts to regional social and economic, ecological, legal, humanitarian and educational problems.

The conference is aimed at analyzing mechanisms of interaction between state of the state and regional structures, estimating the factual social and economic state, contemplating prospects and trends for innovational development of regions.

The objectives of the conference are:

  • to draw the attention of world community to problems of
  • to make more active the role of science and education in the innovational development of regions;
  • to investigate a complex of social and economic relations and problems of development in regions for the purpose of identification of priorities in the conceptual framework of the regional development strategy.

Sessions:

  1. International experience of preservation of historical, architectural, cultural and natural heritage.
  2. Problems of justice and its dispensation: international legal aspect.
  3. Regional social, ecological and economic innovational systems: formation, functioning and development.
  4. Development of a university management quality system and training of experts in regions.
  5. Intellectualization of managing subjects activity in regions.
  6. Problems of regional tourism development.
  7. Formation of a regional investment-innovational policy.
  8. Modern aspects in management of regional sectoral complex enterprises.

    Reports presented at the conference will be published and made available.

    The working languages of the conference are Russian, Tatar and English.
